Certificates

Communication is a craft that is never finished. Throughout my career I have invested continuously in structured learning, choosing programmes that sharpen the exact disciplines my work demands, from strategic communications and campaign management to ethics, digital engagement and, most recently, applied artificial intelligence. The certifications below are not lines on a résumé; each is a capability I use every day, in the messaging I write, the strategies I design and the counsel I give to senior leadership.

Training that performs, every day

  • Ethics & Integrity — United Nations Development Programme. The standards of neutrality, discretion and accountability that govern every piece of institutional communication I produce.
  • Essential Strategies for Success — Amnesty International (2017). Strategic planning and stakeholder engagement in complex, high-sensitivity environments.
