As a Business Development Manager at SNOW Consulting, I was instrumental in driving the company’s growth by identifying and securing new projects through strategic market analysis and partnership development. Upon successfully acquiring a project, I transitioned to the role of Senior Communication Consultant. In this capacity, I was responsible for developing the strategic direction of each project and overseeing its execution across all stages. My focus was on ensuring that the communication strategies were not only innovative but also effectively implemented by a dedicated team, which I led through the intricate processes of planning, development, and delivery. This dual role allowed me to not only initiate growth opportunities but also to see them through to successful completion, ensuring consistency and quality in our engagements with clients.

As a senior Communication consultant, I have demonstrated my proficiency in providing Communication & Digital Communication consulting services to a diverse range of organizations across multiple regions. My expertise in developing and implementing digital communication strategies has helped organizations like Zinc Network in United Kingdom, TUNISAIR, BERD in Tunisia, the Kamel Lazaar Foundation in KSA, the Instance Vérité et Dignité (IVD) in Tunisia, and SCHIBSTED in Sweden, to effectively communicate their messages to their target audiences.

My contributions to SCHIBSTED, an online marketplace, included developing and implementing digital communication strategies that led to significant growth and success for the company. I was also able to utilize my communication skills to support projects related to environmental sustainability in the Mediterranean region while working as a Communication Consultant for ECOSAFIMED – ENPI CBCMED – EU SPAIN.
