Strategic communications advisory and press relations.

At SNOW Consulting I combined business development with senior communications advisory. I identified and secured new mandates through strategic market analysis and partnership development, then led each engagement from strategic direction through delivery, guiding a dedicated team across planning, development and execution. Originating opportunities and seeing them through to completion sharpened both my commercial judgment and my discipline in managing communications for demanding institutional clients.

Across this mandate, I advised an international financial institution, EU-funded programmes, national authorities and private organizations on strategic and digital communications:

• European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), Tunis: communications advisory for the international financial institution’s engagement in the region, an institutional, protocol-driven environment closely aligned with the work of multilateral finance.
• Instance Vérité et Dignité (IVD), Tunisia: communications for the country’s transitional-justice authority, a politically sensitive governance mandate requiring precision, discretion and neutrality.
• Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ): communications advisory for the German international development agency, supporting cooperation programmes across the region.
• Zinc Network, United Kingdom: behaviour-change and strategic communications for a leading international consultancy.
• Kamel Lazaar Foundation: cultural and institutional communications.
• SCHIBSTED / Tayara.tn, Sweden: digital communication strategy that drove measurable growth for the online marketplace.
• ECOSAFIMED (ENPI CBCMED, European Union), Spain: communications for an EU cross-border programme on environmental sustainability in the Mediterranean.

Advising an international financial institution such as the EBRD, EU cross-border programmes and a national transitional-justice body, each with its own protocols, stakeholders and public scrutiny, built the institutional discipline and multi-stakeholder fluency I bring to strategic communications today.
